High Pressure flow control system

We can do almost everything when it come to high pressure process system, from smaller machines ranging from a couple of hundred bars to 4000 bar. Equipped with Heater and ATEX certify. Our system provide both Cleaning, De-Icing, Processing and Injection function. For both offshore and industry use.

High Pressure Fittings and hoses

We stock hoses for vacuum and up to 4000 bar. These are produced according to your request / need, specification and requested length at our workshop in Esbjerg, Denmark.

We use the Parkers PTS system (Parker Tracking System) system that among others means quick re-ordering and recognition of the hose via a unique barcode awarded the hose during manufacturing or testing. The bar code identifies the manufacturer, which ends the hose is manufactured with as well as the length. These information is saved at Parker and is available to all Parker approved manufacturing sites – regardless of geographical location.

Reverse Osmosis System

The purpose of the potable water system is to ensure delivery of safe, sufficient and good potable water. As such, we are able to provide a full turnkey solution with better cost saving and quality control for our client.

Using Reverse Osmosis (RO) a well-known process which has been under continuous development since the 1950s. The technology, by means of membranes and high pressure, is commonly applied to convert seawater into freshwater, removing the salt and other effluent materials from the water molecules.
Capacity: 60m3 per day.

potable water treatment system

We are specializes in bringing together component subsystems into a whole and ensuring that all parts function together. We had experience in Norwegian Institute of Public Health (NIPH) and NR13 system.

System we design and build:

  • Rehardening and Activated Carbon filter.
  • Ultraviolet sterilizer system.
  • Chlorine and Bromine dosing system.

LNG & Fuel SYSTEM

Our LNG Piping and Tubing System design and manufacture in Korea.

Double Wall Piping System is to supply the fuel gas to main engine with purpose of protection of explosion and leak-check mainly. Double wall pipe has excellent performance against high pressure and extreme temperatures.

Vacuum insulated piping system

Vacuum Insulated Piping has been used in the cryogenic industry for over 50 years. Originally developed for the space industry, we has worked its way into most marine liquefied gas applications where maintaining a chilled liquid state is crucial to the application. With heat leak values of up to 20 times more efficient than conventional piping insulation, vacuum insulated pipe returns the users initial investment many times during the life of the system.
